refund of SmartMember Omicron within 30 days of activation of the database if

not entirely satisfied. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Technical Support is included in the monthly hosting fee. This does not include call out

charges which will be negotiated on an individual basis.

4. Payment must be received in advance.

5. A confirmation e-mail/note will be sent after the set up of the account along with a receipt

of payment.

6. Customer Details are kept confidential and will not be given to third parties unless for the

purposes of law enforcement or as required to do so by a court of Law.
