SmartMember Omicron is an internet version of SmartMember Millennium, with extra features, for
example:
- photos
this allows the user to add photos of their members
- contact tracking system
this allows you to keep track of visits made to the member, both past and future
- user defined contact details
so you can have as many phone numbers and e-mail addresses as you like
- user defined anniversaries
so you can have as many as you like, not just birthday and wedding
- school year calculation
automatic calculation of year the child is at school
- groups
ability to group churches/organisations together for reporting purposes. Useful for church
“plants”
- clubs/societies
the database can be used for clubs and societies, not just churches
We will also be adding
- events/room booking system
this will allow the user to make multiple room bookings using membership data e.g.
assign a
person to look after a particular room/event.
Plus being web-based it means you can work from home if you wish, or even a hotel room from the
other side of the world. All you need is an internet connection. And no more installation of discs!!
Extra functions will be added according to user demand. So there are some facilities in
SmartMember Millennium, that are not in SmartMember Omicron, e.g. rotas.
