Main Functions
* Unlimited number of members
* Keeps track of organisation membership, including names, addresses, phone numbers,
e-mails, birthdays etc.
* Keeps track of roles and responsibilities in the organistion e.g. manager, trainer
* Groups offices/clubs together for reporting/admin purposes. Useful for more than one
branch
* Enabled for multiple users each with their own password protected logon for added
security.
* Outputs list of all birthdays and anniversaries. · Creates lists by roles or
responsibilities in the organisation e.g. Disaster Recovery Team.

* Search by hobbies, training, foreign activities, individual giftings etc.
* Select members by specific criteria. e.g. everyone who lives in a particular postcode
area, or all the married couples in the organisation.
* Comprehensive Mail merging by criteria. Enables individually addressed letter to
everyone in selected criteria. Will even combine husband's and wife's name with one
address.
* Customisable directories for e.g. Managers or Staff
* Produces reports showing membership statistics e.g. male/female ratios, age ranges,
small group analysis.
